At Thermobio, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
All accessories, manuals, and inserts are included
The product is not listed under our non-returnable items (see section 5)
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a partial refund or rejection.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email our team at returns@thermobio.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
Once approved, U.S. customers will receive a prepaid return label. For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund.
4. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items)
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send us a description and photo evidence to support@thermobio.com.
If confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following unless defective:
Opened or used personal care items
Health or wellness products that have been unsealed
Custom orders or special bundles
6. International Orders
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will exclude original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes.
